BarberTime ("Its Barbertime Booking") — a booking app for It's Barber Time

Customers

If you booked appointments through the BarberTime app as a customer, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:

  1. Open the BarberTime app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This immediately and permanently removes your account. If you'd rather not use the app to do this, you can request deletion by emailing us at itsbarbertimeapp@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number associated with your bookings, and we will process the request within 30 days.

Barbers & Shop Staff

Barber accounts are created and managed by the shop owner, not self-registered. To request deletion of a barber account and its data, email itsbarbertimeapp@gmail.com with the request. We will deactivate and delete the account within 30 days.

What's kept, and why: Past completed transaction records (appointment history tied to a payment) may be retained for up to 7 years where required for financial recordkeeping, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, with personal identifiers removed or minimized where possible. Payment card details are never stored by BarberTime — those are handled entirely by Stripe and are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

How long it takes

In-app deletion via Settings is immediate. Deletion requests made by email are processed within 30 days.
