Privacy Policy

It's Barber Time ("we," "us," "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how it's used.
Information We Collect
- Name, phone number, and email address you provide when booking
- Appointment history (services booked, dates, times, notes you leave for your barber)
- Payment information - handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How We Use It
- To create and manage your appointments
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates about your appointments via text message and email
- To let your barber see who they're seeing and when
Third-Party Services
We share the minimum information necessary with:
- Stripe, to process deposits and payments
- Our SMS and email providers, to deliver appointment notifications
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Data Retention
We keep your appointment history so you and your barber can reference past visits. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, which removes your name, phone number, and email from your appointment history.
Your Choices
You can delete your account and personal information at any time from Settings in the app. You can also review or update your information by contacting the shop directly.

Terms of Service
Effective July 2026
Welcome to It's Barber Time. By using this app, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment, along with a one-time service fee per visit. The remaining balance is due in person at the shop. Exact amounts are shown before you confirm any booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancel 3 or more hours before your appointment and your deposit and service fee are refunded in full.
- Cancel within 3 hours of your appointment and your deposit and service fee are not refundable.
- Each appointment can be rescheduled once. Rescheduling within 3 hours of your original appointment time forfeits your deposit and service fee if you later cancel.
- Your barber may cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed; in that case you're always refunded in full.
No-Shows
Not showing up for your appointment without cancelling is treated the same as a late cancellation - your deposit and service fee are not refunded.
Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your appointment, and arrive on time so your barber can serve you and their other clients.
Changes to Services
Prices, services offered, and barber availability may change. We'll always show current pricing before you confirm a booking.
Limitation of Liability
We provide this app as a booking tool between you and the shop. We're not liable for the quality of services performed, which is between you and your barber.
